The Ultimate EMS suit is equipped with 24 dry electrodes, which are controlled via 12 channels through the app, thus covering many muscle groups. In addition, integrated sensors track the heart rate during the workout. The EMS suit is described by users as very lightweight, which points to extremely high wearing comfort.
